A new member for SwissPropTech
At the beginning of 2022, BETTERHOMES joined the innovation network of the Swiss real estate and construction industry. As part of its membership, BETTERHOMES wants to pass on knowledge and advance its planned expansion. So far, the Zurich brokerage company with its technology platform for brokerage and customer software is primarily active in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
“We are pursuing the ambitious goal of opening up 30 countries in Europe in the next eight years,” says BETTERHOMES CEO Cyrill Lanz. “I don’t think the biggest challenges are so much the technology, but rather the organic growth in sales and the cultural differences in the different countries.” The company is currently working on a new website and a new learning management system for the Betternet 3.0 technology platform.
